Please remember all company creatures and other items are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish and size. All the dimensions listed are approximations.
Although your new friend is supposed to last for many years, they will last even longer if give them a little extra care while washing them. All handmade pottery can be fragile in nature, and I cannot be held responsible for breaks in the future.
All glazes I use are food and drink safe. Even though all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, I highly recommend hand washing your item to protect the surface from abrasion overtime. Feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns regarding how to care for your new ceramic friend!
Shipping
I am a one woman operation! So please allow for your order to ship within 5-7 days of purchase to allow ample time for me to pack and ship your piece with the best care. You will receive tracking information once your item has been shipped via email.
Please Remember: The weight, size and destination of an order all are factors in the shipping price!! Ceramics are already fragile, and most of my work has small little limbs, so extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. I use several layers of bubble wrap and kraft paper to wrap up your new ceramic friend, which ends up adding some extra weight and size to the shipment, and ultimately increases the cost. However, I promise that I take all possible measures to reduce shipping costs to customers whenever possible.
I am not responsible for shipments that are delivered to an incorrect address. If a shipment is returned to me, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. I am also not responsible if a shipment is lost or stolen from a customer's address. Please remember all shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Please refer to my refund policy for any issues with your item once it has reached your home.
US & Canada Shipping
All shipments within the US and Canada are shipped with USPS. Shipments typically arrive within 5-7 days.
International Shipping
I only ship to the US and Canada at the moment. Unfortunately International shipping is not supported. If you would like something sent abroad, please contact me via email and I can get you a custom shipping quote based off your location. I am not responsible for the customs and import duties that may be applied to deliveries when your order reaches its destination. Internationally shipped Items may be subject to local VAT or GST duties and taxes.
Returns
All purchases are final. Please note each piece is handmade and has its own unique characteristics and personality. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather a tribute to the nature of handmade ceramics. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a flaw in the functionality of your piece or it arrives damaged.
If you have any issues with your order or in the very sad event that your order was damaged during the delivery process, don’t worry!! First, please file a claim with your local postal service and then email info@palomabaillie.com with details and images of your damaged piece/box and we can figure out a solution/replacement from there. You must provide proof of your damaged item within the first 3 days upon its arrival.
